Tablet Making Machine (tablet press machine) including tablet production machine are uses for production of solid dosage tablets. Tableting Machine work on principle of compacting the powder by applying pressure. Equal pressure applied from top and bottom resulting formation of slug in pre decided size and shape of tablets. This heavy duty tablet press machine available in pressure range of 6 tons and 10 tons. Different models available for double layer (bi layer) and triple layer tablets. Production output of pharmaceutical tablet making machine depends upon number of stations. All our machine models are rotary in principle and complies as per cGMP requirements.
Tablet making process is two stage process in which first stage is lowering the punch into die in order to create cavity for granulated powder. Die lowering movement can be administered automatically with machine settings. Frame provided to wipe out excess filling powder from the cavity. Now upper punch bring down through high compression rollers. This process resulting compacting the granulated powder to form hard tablet. Further lifting up of lower punch eject tablets from the die at the end of the cycle.
