This was a team project and we created an app for Windows 8 tablet, to cater to the BMW Service Department. Our team decided to call the app BMW CARE and its main goal is to be able to schedule service, access upcoming and past service history and also to keep track of the maintenance. The design goal was to keep it aesthetically appealing and usable.
We started our design process from brainstorming, conceptual design, Navigation Paradigms, wireframe and our final deliverable was a prototype and documentation supporting our process.
I'd contributed to the overall team effort and also primarily helped in the Axure and documentation initiatives.
