Hey there. You might’ve stumbled upon this by accident, or you happened to look at some of the promos going around by this blog’s mods and decided you wanted to check it out.
So, you’ve found KZTB. This actually stands for “KodzuTab,” and that’s just a mix of Kodzuken (@kodzukens-streams) and Tabsters’ (@tabsters) names. This is because we’re planning to run a series of projects, all of which (currently) are related to Haikyu!!

no. no it’s not. the ONLY thing that i’ve DREAMED of happening that isn’t marrying the love of my life is two specific people collaborating.
my favorite haikyuu!! artist @kkumri and my favorite haikyuu!! writer @tabsters.
and if pinging them wasn’t enough to get them to collaborate, allow me to go into depth.
ally (kkumri) has been drawing haikyuu!! fanart since 2015–over ten years. around two, to maybe three years ago, i came across their scrumptious art. ever since then, they have introduced me to a whole new side of the fandom that i adore—the art / comic side of our fandom. what a blast that has been <3 and ally’s STORIES. lord the plots are just so amazing i love them
and for tabsters? their goal is to write 1m words of haikyuu fanfics. lord, that’s a lot. during that time, i have been admiring their writing style and the depth of all that they write. they’ve only recently become a close friend of mine, and throughout all the time i’ve known them i idolized them (i still do).
why should they collaborate? well. tabsters is an author, and an amazing one at that. depth, characters, you name it. ally is an artist. anatomy, shading, graphics, more. putting them together would create an extremely amazing story that i’ve been wanting to see for years. please make this happen 🙏

i've been so focused on IYHM for the past couple months... now that the pub date is so close, i'm full of giddy anticipation and terrible dread. so thank you everyone for the love and well wishes! it's really getting me through it.
also, i wasn't sure how to announce this so i wanted to mention it while i'm here: Waterstones now has a special sprayed edge edition of IYHM! i got my copy a little while back and it's really gorgeous. if you like paperbacks i think the color is a lovely touch!
and as another reminder, i'll be having an in-person launch event next tuesday with Brick & Mortar Books in Redmond, WA! truthfully i'm torn between my desire to interact with people and my embarrassment at being seen in public, so please feel free to spare yourselves lmao 😭 i wasn't sure i'd do an event at all but i decided to try at least once before deciding if it's for me. so we'll see how it goes!
whew. the 17th is coming up so fast but i still have so many little tasks to do. the last time i talked about my busy schedule on here, someone sent me a message that said "you deserve a spa day," and i think about it all the time. maybe someday, anon. maybe someday...
Truth be told I've had this as a WIP for a while, but once I found out that today was your birthday I thought hey, what better time to finish it up than now right?
This was so fun, I had to guess on a few things when interpreting the details and colours, so I hope I did it all justice :D (even with these very silly doodles haha!)
I also hope it's still your birthday at the time I'm uploading this considering time zones and such, but either way I hope you had an awesome day ^_^
You’ve heard of character fan art, now get ready for logo fan art! :D These are for @tabsters, who also has a zodiac themed story called The Zodiac Experiment.
I made these as thanks for their interest in my comic project Starglass Zodiac, and because I can’t resist doing shiny space themed logos whenever I get the chance. :’D Despite how much work they are (seriously I spent hours just exporting stuff lol) it seems my urge to make logo designs is never too far away haha
I did these mostly based on vibes, but I did try to add elements from the bits of lore that I read too, like Asclepius, Eclipse's scythe, the gold orichalcum, etc. I went a little crazy with all the variants, but I really like how these came out so I hope you like them too! <3
