Monday, July 31, 2023 - National Avocado Day
It’s always a gamble when I buy an avocado at our local grocery store. Usually I lose but today I actually got a good one. It made a lovely addition to our tacos.

Taco Monday 🌮
Lunch today is tacos with leftover chicken chili - shredded chicken, black beans, kidney beans, chick peas, tomatoes, chili peppers, corn, onion, tomato sauce, chili powder & cumin - plus lettuce, cheddar and monterey jack cheeses, sour cream, and a spicy ranch sauce.
Tacos for dinner
I’m gonna have taco monday today and taco tuesday tomorrow. Hot damn! This is shaping up to be a pretty fucking good week.
Just got home
And now my day is a thousand times better!!! Today was a clean Monday! Which means that my family vaccumed and literally cleaned the entire apt. /W\
I might even like you more than the tacos we got 🌮
