A tasty burger with flavors that come from a classic taco salad. There is seasoned beef, fresh vegetables, cheese, and a tangy sauce on this burger.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1 packet taco seasoning mix. 4 hamburger buns. 1 cup shredded lettuce. 1 cup diced tomatoes. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup diced red onion. 1/4 cup sliced black olives. 1/4 cup sour cream. 2 tablespoons salsa. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Put the ground beef and taco seasoning mix in a bowl and mix them together. Take the mixture and shape it into 4 burger patties. Warm up your grill or pan on the stove by setting it on medium-high heat. Grill or cook the burger patties until they're done the way you like them. For medium-rare, they usually need four to five minutes on each side. Split the hamburger buns in half and lightly toast them while the burgers are cooking. Put a burger patty on the bottom half of each bun to put the burgers together. Put black olives, diced tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, diced red onion, and shredded lettuce on top of each patty. Put the sour cream and salsa in a small bowl and mix them together. Put this sauce on top of the toppings. Add chopped fresh cilantro to the sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste. To finish each burger, put the top half of the bun on top of it. Make sure your Weltbester Tacosalat Burgers are hot before you serve them.
