Ingredients: 1 pound ground turkey. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup minced onion. 1/4 cup minced celery. 1/4 cup minced carrots. 1/4 cup cranberry sauce. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1 teaspoon dried sage. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 4 burger buns. Lettuce leaves. Sliced tomato. Sliced red onion.
Instructions: Put ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped onion, chopped celery, chopped carrots, dried sage, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Combine well. Four burger patties should be made from the mixture. Warm up your grill or pan on the stove by setting it on medium heat. The patties should be cooked on a grill or stove for four to five minutes on each side, or until they are fully cooked. Add mayonnaise and cranberry sauce to a small bowl and mix them together to make cranberry mayo sauce. Grill or toast the burger buns for a few minutes on each side. On the bottom half of each bun, spread the cranberry mayo sauce. On top of the sauce, put a turkey burger patty. Then add lettuce leaves, tomato slices, and red onion slices. Put the other half of the bun on top and serve.
