U. (Baby Monitor)Our muses are new parents, and have set up a monitor to listen to the baby from the next room. However, they start to get uncomfortable when they hear a voice singing a lullaby on the other end that doesn’t belong to their partner.

Sasha looked terrified as she hears the soft lullaby. It was about 3am and Tadashi was right by her side still asleep. She couldn’t move, totally frozen in place. A whimper escapes her lips as she finally gets enough control to nudge Tadashi awake. “Dashi, what do we do?” Sasha asks, almost in tears from how scared she was.

Tadashi sat at his desk in his lab, staring at his new Soulmate Journal. It had a small headshot of a girl on the inside cover, the girl he was supposedly going to be in love with.

Now, Tadashi was a man of science but also a hoepless romantic and he loved the idea of a notebook that let you communicate with your soulmate. However, like all good things, there was a catch.

Hello. He wrote, unsure of how to greet the person you were supposed to fall in love with. Unsure if it would even work. My name is Tadashi Hamada.

Unfortunately, the books only worked in different universes and as far as Tadashi knew, science had not yet found a way to travel interdemensionally.
