If Clara had stayed with them, it could have been Victorian Leverage and they all would have been flawed and cute and ruthless and changing together and I think I would have enjoyed it a tad more than the mid-series drama)Favourite family: the PondsFavourite episode: The Big Bang/The Pandorica Opens; of course, it counts as one Favourite season/book/movie: still series 5 because the thematic and tone was carried flawlessly, but series 6 had the highest number of iconic episodes, and series 8 was probably the most consistently well-executed. Actually Fires of Pompeii. Maybe it all started with Capaldi. Maybe I have been lying to myself. Maybe I have been waiting all those years for Capaldi to come back and that’s the only reason I kept watching.

Least favourite character: Meelo. That kid is supremely annoying. Otps: I guess I don’t really have OTPs. I ship Aang/Katara, Korra/Asami, past Lin/Tenzin, but I would not consider any of them OTPs. Oh yes, I forgot Lin/Bumi or Lin/Kya. Lin deserves some love, it’s getting ridiculous. Notps: Makorra. Asami/Mako Favourite friendship: The original Team Avatar. Cuties. Favourite family: Beifongs, duh? Favourite episode: “Venom of the Red Lotus” and “Enter the void” were amazing. Favourite season/book/movie: Korra, book 3. Best villains, Beifongs, Korra being broken, Ba Sing Sei, mind-blowing fights, superb cinematography… Favourite quote: Probably “That lady is my hero”, because she was. Moment that made you fangirl/boy the hardest: Iroh I and Korra! When it really disappointed you: I found that Toph’s reunion with her girls was a pretty huge let-down. There was a lot of resentment and emotion to be written into it and it was simply awkwardly written. Saddest moment: Korra’s single tear at the end of “Venom of the Red Lotus”. Most well done character death: Lin having her bending taken away. It was like killing her. It was! Favourite guest star: Grey de Lisle in LoK Favourite cast member: I don’t know that well the cast, but Janet Varney is pretty dope. Character you wish was still alive: Iroh I. I don’t care if it’s physically impossible, there are people controlling fire in this show. One thing you hope really happens: Lin being at last recognised as the boss she is. Build her a statue. Elect her president. Give her a friend. I don’t know. I’m so desperate on her account I would accept a pet for her. Most shocking twist: Amon and Tarrlok double suicide. This is a kid’s show?!? When did you start watching/reading: end of last year, I think? Trope you wish they would stop using: Comic relief Bolin. One thing this show/book/film does better than others: combat and action sequence Funniest moments: Sokka is unparalleled. I remember having a high pitch snort at the cactus juice sequence. It just stuck with me. Unanswered question/continuity issue/plot error that bugs you: Whatever happened to the people Amon actually manage to rally to his cause? Did the social issues raised by Amon just disappear? We don’t know and it annoys me to no end. At what point did you fall in love with this show/book: very quickly? The universe is just that engrossing. Also AtLA starts in the equivalent of the Antartica. I don’t need more.
