Tagas Boulevard

Located in Barangay Tagas, San Jose, Camarines Sur

Tagas Boulevard is one of the newest attraction in the 4th District of Camarines Sur, also known as the Partido District. This is an ongoing infrastructure project  that has recently drawn the attention of people in Partido. 

One of the good thing here is that they are using renewable energy because all of the lights or lamp posts are solar powered. It is actually one of the trends in the other countries. It is a good thing that we are catching up.   

Although the boulevard is not yet open and accessible to vehicles traveling nearby, this place has been the new favorite destination of some tourists, photographers, cyclists and those who is working out. 

Aside from a spacious and beautiful infrastructure, it is situated near the seashore. This is also a perfect place to watch the sunrise and sunset. 

I went there early in the morning but was not able to catch the sun rise. Either way, It was a place worth visiting.   

Tagas is actually a Bicol term which means “hard” or “strong”. With this newly built infrastructure, may it upheld its name and stay strong as it now becomes a witness to the lives of the locals, tourists, travelers and passerby of Partido.
