at your doorstep you find a little bag, and as you open it inside is ... a bunch of red string. inside it is a little note, and as you open it, your eyes are greeted with scrawled, messy handwriting: "メリークリスマス、アリスさん！！！(i will call you alice-san, other alice will be alice) i saw you had a lot of dolls in yor house! so here is some string you can use maybi! from どんちゃん ☆"

  …A bag. Someone left a bag on her doorstep. It was small enough that it certainly wasn’t left there by mistake. Could it be meant for her…?

  There was only one way to find out.

  How thoughtful. ‘Merry Christmas,’ he said. The small drum even thought of her interests beforehand.

  Complete with the letter, she stored it away– Alice won’t let this gift go to waste. Maybe she’ll use it in embroidery in the future…

       There were several mixed scents in that place; humans, spirits, living beings, even scents he couldn’t recognize. It was weird, and it was hard to get used to it. It was hard to follow their source as well, and many times the Tengu felt rather dizzy. Back home it was much easier; humans, living beings, and youkais. That was about it, and nothing else. But here... Here it was so much more, and all scents were mixed together when they should not, when they did not belong together.

       Of course, for someone not used to crowds, going out in the street was a big no-no. Instead, Hakue would rather just be back in District Zeta, or look for places with trees where he could sit on their branches and watch over people, as he used to. -- And while the youkai was on his way of doing that ( of looking a good and high tree for him to sit on ), there was one scent that seemed to be stronger than others... What was it? A God? No... No, it wasn’t that kind... 

       ( unconsciously, he ended up following it. )

       ❝ ... Where is it coming from? I can’t see anything... ❞

       Not until he looked down, at least. ❝ W-Wha... A tsukumogami...? ❞ But that one wasn’t anything like the other ones he had met.

I would probably choose something like a bat. I have always wanted to fly, also I love the dark, so it is a win/win for me~!

“Ahh, I don’t like this at all!!” 

It was a small outburst, but an outburst nonetheless, and the android let out an exasperated sigh as he leaned up against the closest wall, a hand running through his bangs while eyes were fixated towards the sky. 

Really, though, why would he be pleased with this development? If people were being ‘consumed’ by their costumes, or however exactly this was going, and he had decided to dress up as a zombie--oh, if he would’ve known something like this would happen, he certainly would have picked something that would inevitably be far less dangerous in the end. 

He’d already noticed some changes, after all. Like how his costume wouldn’t come off, that was one thing, but--but he was starting to become more sluggish, and it almost looked like the fake ‘wounds’ he’d used as effect makeup were actually becoming a part of him.

“This is just--this is great, isn’t it... I don’t want to become a real zombie!” It sounds vaguely like whining, although there’s a clear tone of distress to his voice. Kaito is not a happy camper, here. “How is it even possible, anyways? I’m not even human....!”

Wada-Don is just a baby ghost who has already possessed an object: a taiko drum! Like his Blook family cousins and his little brother, Don-chan has a real love of music, only he likes to focus on the rhythm side of things. He’s also working on a genre that he calls ‘boo-beat.’ Just three years old and he’s a trained musician!

When not dropping the beat or powering Mettaton, Don-chan’s eating snails out of shell and home or eating boxes of Temmie Flakes. Napstablook tries to keep an eye on him, but he’s just too much for one ghost to handle. He’s very young, so he doesn’t know all his history, though one day he hopes to meet a human and share his love of drums with them!
