My oc taja manacled to a wall ✨ She was left like this all night and she's in misery.
Interrogation scene from The Gifted
Content: restraints, slapping, angry whumpee, interrogation, beating aftermath, accused of child trafficking, mind-reading, angry whumper, also good-ish whumper?? idk how to tag him, fantasy racism
As the left cuff locked over her wrist and the officers stepped back, breathing hard, Taja screamed,
"Motherfucker! I'm not a child trafficker!"
The officer slapped her again. Her left ear rang.
"Don't lie!" He shouted.
"I'm not!" Taja screamed back, saliva hissing through her teeth as she caught her breath.
"You want me to get serious?" He said, panting as he angrily threw off his heavy jacket.
Defiant whumpee but they've been punched in the stomach too many times
(just a little clip of what I'm working on)
Trying to get up and fight back as whumper approaches
Raiden from MK: Conquest is the BEST Raiden on the screen! Change my mind!
P.S.: I recommend watching the series, definitely. although the ending will surprise you...
Gifs from the Mortal Kombat Conquest episode “Cold Reality” (S01 E03).
Lao, Siro, and Taja return to Zhu Zin following the events of the pilot episode(s). Stepping into their new shared home, the old Reyland Imports Trading Post, Taja is immediately attacked by a Lin Kuei warrior. Siro and Lao defeat him, but he takes his own life rather than submit to Siro's interrogation.
As it turns out, Shang Tsung enlisted the Lin Kuei's help in stealing a powerful relic that was in the recently deceased Baron's possession. He intends to kill two birds with one stone by getting the Lin Kuei to not only steal this relic for him, but take care of Kung Lao as well, as he has since moved into the Baron's old abode.
Following multiple failures to secure this relic (a crystal that can be used to open a portal to anywhere, at anytime) the Lin Kuei sends the newly minted Sub-Zero. He fails, but only barely, as it takes Siro, Taja, and Lao triple teaming him to wear him out (combined with him overusing his fledgling magic skills). And it's Raiden's appearance that ultimately scares him off, rather than true defeat.
One of the better episodes for several reasons. JJ Perry is there so the action is great, it brought both Sub-Zero and the Lin Kuei into Conquest's universe, and also introduced a Very Important Item ™ into the mix, as “the crystal” would resurface as a plot device down the line.
This was also one of the versions of MK canon whose backstory for the Lin Kuei was that they bolstered their numbers with kidnapped children—this universe's Sub-Zero is later confirmed to be one of them. (As the show was set during the Great Kung Lao's heyday, he's not Bi-Han nor Kuai Liang. Given that his sister's name was Lisa, he's probably a Dave or a Bob or something. Or both. Davebob Sub-Zero. It's on his driver's license, trust me.)
SISTERS FOREVER
I’ve been watching Mortal Kombat: Conquest and all I’m saying is that there was missed potential of having Kung Jin parallel Taja.
Both thieves stealing and fighting to survive who swear to do better. Taja being one of the few people the great Kung Lao trusted with his life and Jin being one of his descendants who’s fallen down a similar path to his old friend.
