#Thankful ✨ Whatever your path, tradition, belief.. you can't deny the medicine of Nature!! Self care means unplugging...but like, COMPLETELY - a process that is hard for me. This weekend I realized that I create unnecessary anxiety by both setting unrealistic/untimely expectations and hopelessly trying to please people and situations with more than I really am able to give! Fastest way to burn out or depression.. With so many hats to wear my brain is always moving. This weekend I allowed myself to release and submit, completely being in the moment, sensually engaged with my surroundings, taking in the Glory of God through all ends (or openings), receiving the blessings of love, light and inspiration!!! Making music with the birds, nature's sanctuary, sun and trees, sister friends, laughter.... so much to be thankful for!!! (Side note: isn't my new singing buddy fabulous?
