Mona doesn’t know her parents, she knows of them but she never grew up with them. Mona’s a metamorph and almost immediately when that was discovered she was taken by MACUSA. She was kept in a branch of the department of mysteries in New Mexico and was poked, prodded and studied. When she was seven years old however, there was a raid by some pirates or a gang or whatever Silver called his crew. He rescued her and she joined up with them, finally having a family and using her skills to help them. She knew they were doing bad things but she was finally happy and felt safe. She wanted to one day find her family but she knew with MACUSA looking for both her and for her gang, it was best to wait until the heat died down.

Recently Silver’s been after a certain object, one that belonged to a wizard named Billy Bones. He even went to far as to burn down a business for it. They didn’t find it in the wreckage and they began to suspect that whoever has it, may very well go to Ilvermorny so, taking a huge risk, she enrolled at the school to try and find whoever that person is. She thought it would be easy to focus on the task at hand but she didn’t expect it all to be so…nice. Being involved with normal school things, the life she might have had if she hadn’t been a metamorph…

Age:  21

Bio:  Midna was born an only child to the King and Queen of Twilight, Gul-Getun and Dul-Chudulna. She took after her mother’s disposition and temper early, but inherited her father’s curiosity and quest for knowledge. She matured late in life and so, when she came of the age to decide if she would be fit to rule in her parents’ stead, she had grown unpopular with the Twilight people.

Nevertheless, she saw potential for greatness in the kind, if not apathetic, people, and used her frustration to fuel her case. In a diplomatic feat, she convinced the people in public court of her loyalty to the crown and to their care. She ultimately surpassed her challenger: a young noble named Zant who, despite his knowledge and magical skill, retained an almost desperate air that the citizens sensed and feared.

Upon his defeat, Zant fled to the very balcony where he met the spirit of Ganondorf, King of Evil. In the ensuing Twilight Castle battle, he cast Midna from the realm. Her parents did not survive.

After Link saved Hyrule and Midna returned to Twilight, she found the kingdom and the people restored. She felt jovial (excepting a certain lost companion), and immediately set the staff to work. She promised she would amend her attitude so that no citizen would feel oppressed again.

Personality:  Midna took after her mother…mostly. She absorbed and adored everything her mother said, did, and thought, especially her attitudes about the common people. Midna believed the people deserved more than they received and grew up wondering why such a docile species was banished from the Light-World in the first place. Midna also cloned the bad habits. She was a vicious child, a downright plague to the palace attendants—especially toward Zant. She possessed a mean nature, but her mother praised her resourcefulness.

Getun wondered if his daughter would ever calm down. She eventually appeased his wishes. She out-matured her mother and began to pity Chudulna’s behavior in young-adulthood. Midna took from her father a logical brain, an intense focus, and apparently a love of research. Midna didn’t discover this side to herself until she began examining the study’s and library’s volumes as ruler.
