Actually, I can thank my mother for bringing me up in a way that let me deal with this “debilitating” boredom... but then again, fathermartinachimbaud really didn’t mean what he said. Hou just wanted to insult me. I think it was a good attempt.
I find it hilarious that people post things online and then are aghast that someone chimes in. Excuse me, let me introduce you to the internet. I find it even more hilarious when people insult me and then block me or prevent me from reblogging. Like they win by default.
As for minding my own business... I was diagnosed with ADHD... so I’m thinking it IS my business when I see some self-absorbed child claiming he is disabled. If he continues in this way of thinking... that he was born with a disability, that it’s societies fault, not his own; he’s going to have a very rough life.
broadjay, if you happen to read this, ADHD is NOT a disability. It’s a freakin’ superpower! Just like Superman, though, you have to learn to control it. Superman can’t do anything like a normal person. Think if he shook hands like a normal person, he’d crush their bones to powder. So he trains himself to control his strength. ADHD is the same thing. Sometimes drugs can help, but I’ve survived with caffeine, discipline and coping mechanisms.
