Like any other double monday. Long, uninteresting, uneventful.But luckily I've got only four more double mondays until school lets out

Pretty sure that myself and my friend weren't making any sort of attempt to fetishize, sexualize, objectify, etc the holiday of Dia de los Muertos. The sugar skull makeup has, believe it or not, been reproduced into many works of modern art and there are actually parades wherein participants paint their faces to be reminiscent of La Catrina or common sugar skull art. No attempts were made with our makeup to insult anyone. I honestly find this blog more insulting than liberating.

Again, you don't get to decide if what you did was disrespectful or not. You took it from OUR culture, so we are the ones who rightfully tell you if what you did was disrespectful

Yes, and all that modern art and white washed parades are a load of crap.

This blog isn't meant to liberate white people (see here y'all go again making white people the center)
