Let us accept all the different paths as different rivers running toward the same #ocean. #Satchidananda #talalla #lilavinyasa . . . . . One year ago today I traveled across the world to Sri Lanka for yoga teacher training. It’s made me a better person, a true teacher, and helped me to find out who I am deep down. I made lifelong friends and will always honor my teachers advice and thoughtful words as part of a lifelong legacy of yogis. Missing Talalla, Sri Lanka- sunrises, mantra, morning coffee and dal, sweaty practices, laughs and cry’s, and warm ocean swims. Not missing mosquitos.
