Workplace vibe

My first day at SGH in New York City, I was immediately struck by how calm and balanced the office felt, a very welcome contrast to the fast pace of the city outside. The collaborative spirit was very clear everyone was open, supportive, and quick to help one another.

What stood out most was how warmly I was welcomed by the SGH team, making me feel comfortable and part of the office from the very beginning. That sense of inclusion, paired with the seamless way people worked together, left me with a strong first impression of a workplace built on respect, collaboration, and shared success.

Hello everyone! My name is Talal I go by Tal I am a 4th year B.Arch student at the BAC, I’m from Dallas, TX and I grew up between Dallas, Germany, and Kuwait, which has shaped how I see the world.
