Guys

I finished Life Is Strange today.

And I got inspired to write again.

But what I want to write is a fanfic. A messed up fanfic. A fanfic that will absolutely get me hate and rage and possibly death threats (the LIS fandom is scary, y'all).

Should I write it and keep it to myself? Write it and share it knowing that I'm inviting shit? Or just not write it at all?

☀️ What makes your OC genuinely happy? A person, an item, their hobby? Where is the place they’re happiest, or most at home? What is the happiest they’ve ever been?

Talia is most happy when she is home, surrounded by her family. She is very family oriented and she just loves being home, in the familiar setting and being able to walk down familiar corridors, knowing she belongs. Helping people also makes her genuinely happy. The happiest she has ever been was one day when she was on an adventure with her father, just the two of them. It was the first time he’d given her his undivided attention and they spent the day together, exploring and talking and she felt like she finally proved herself to him. 

🍂 What are their opinions on the different seasons? Which one do they hate and which one do they love and why?

Talia definitely prefers summer over any other season 100 percent. She loves the sunshine and warmth on her skin and she is absolutely miserable during winter. She really needs sunlight and warmth to perk herself up so the cold winters don’t do anything good for her mood.

🌗 Early mornings or late nights? What do they spend their time doing during these hours?

Talia is a morning person, for sure! She loves getting up just as the sun rises and she’s always most productive in the morning. She’ll often go for a run and do her workouts then, or sometimes she just likes to sit outside in the sun and meditate, letting herself take in the sunshine and relax before she starts her day.

Tell us more about Talia?? Pls!!

Okay, so first and foremost, a good portion of Talia’s backstory is based off an idea I had for a fic for Solo: A Star Wars Story that didn’t pan out well. Also, because I’m a mess, the Minarians look like how Jamie Chung (Talia’s faceclaim) does on The Gifted. The whole bright green eyes and pink facial markings.It’s also set during GotG: Vol. 2. 

So basically Talia Arcanus is a native of a planet called Minaria Prime, which is basically a very tiny place with a small population. It’s basically a spaceport, the kind of place that people merely stop at for a quick fix on their ship or food. Basically, it’s a glorified gas station. However, it does have inhabitants (maybe like 150-200 at most) and the Arcanus siblings are some of them. Talia’s brother, Kal, works at a mechanic shop, fixing ships that come in and out. Talia works at a local bar, where she mostly tends to travelers and such.

The Arcanus siblings want off Minaria Prime, which is where the big portion of the plot comes in. Basically a ship for a massive space crime syndicate (I’m basing them off the Crimson Dawn from Solo) stops in because their ship needs repair. Kal fixes it, but manages to smuggle a crap ton of money (or whatever the space equivalent is) off of the ship, planning to use it for him and Talia to get off of the planet. This falls through when the syndicate realizes the thievery, comes back to the planet and wipes out the entire population, bar Talia who’s left for dead. She manages to put out a distress signal, thinking she’s a goner, and that’s when the Guardians show up.

I know I need to get them to Verthurst, but do I write part of their journey? Do I just skip them straight there with a paragraph explaining the skip? Do I go write something else entirely until I figure it out?

i wanna know how you think talia and molly would get along!!!!!

ahhhhh my god yes our girls! i feel like they’d definitely get along really well, especially before the whole infinity war dusting. talia would love molly’s attitude and i feel like they’d be a fun little girl duo to counter peter and ned. i feel like they’re both similar in wanting to help and both being a little reckless sometimes so talia would be excited to throw out weird ideas knowing that molly will join in without too many questions. honestly tbh i love them already and i can totally see them running around new york together having dumb adventures when the spider drAma calms down.

ahh thank you so much grace u angel! i’m just grateful that my mum is stable and not high priority so i can relax a little but the emergency ward is slightly confronting fml. but ahhhhh yes i’m always up for some headcanons so here we go!

Maddie hunting down Talia and trying to get her more involved in the school clubs because she’s so smart and Talia is like ‘well look um pass’ but somehow Maddie ropes her in anyway.

Two little ambitious beans running around school, constantly bumping into each other and slowly conquering it together!

They gradually become friends because Talia realises Maddie just needs a friend and she’s kind of impressed by Maddie’s ambition.

Peter being in super over his head with these two angels poor boy.

I feel like they’d end up in a lot of heated debate at lunch time over the simplest of things.

Always challenging each other but also super supportive friends!

When Talia’s secrets all tumble out, Maddie is the first person she’d confide in because she trusts her. 

They totally take each other to Homecoming because Peter is an idiot.
