🍑 Where is your OC’s favourite place to relax or calm down? Recount a story of their time spent in this place! What makes it so special to them? Is there anywhere your OC hates to go to? Anywhere that stresses them out or have negative memories of?

Shepard’s version of relaxing is being around other people and just hanging out, so on the Normandy she’d go to the gun battery to find Garrus, and at Skyhold she’ll go to Cullen’s office and annoy him drag him away from his work and down to the Herald’s Rest.

After two disastrous missions on Horizon that’s the closest she is to hating a place, and she finds she can’t go back to Mindoir after what happened.

🌺 Does your OC have any tattoos or other body art? Does their body art have any specific meaning behind it? Do they have any scars? How did they get those scars? Any birthmarks?

Shepard has joked that she has a tattoo only because she takes stupid dares when drunk which is absolutely true and it’s James Vega’s fault. She has an N7 tattoo above her hip and she’s really lucky that Liara was there to reign her in from getting a tattoo of Joker’s face.

She also has a couple of scars -- a shotgun wound to her shoulder from Mindoir, a big one on her flank from the Thresher Maw on Akuze, a long thin one down her spine from Cerberus’ repair job, and of course the scar through her eye, from being a complete dumbass and headbutting a Krogan.

Cue me fucking sobbing after writing this, written to a constant loop of this song by Matt Maeson. This one is a little longer than the others so it’ll be below the cut! A small thing for my vampire oc Charlie and my bf’s oc Victor, who recently became a vampire when Charlie saved his life. Sort of. More about their world can be found in this tag

Victor may have not been their first in everything, but he was certainly Charlie’s first in breaking down barriers, destroying what they assume about themself; the first in their very short list of people that they want to spend eternity with. The night is quiet as they think on that, watching their fiance as he sketches something out in that book of his. Seems years rather than months, that they have been together. He knows everything about them; took all of that knowledge and very gently told them he loves them anyway. As they told him too. 

In all honesty, Victor could do so many things and they would still find him beautiful. Charlie would still curl up with him at dawn and will the world away so that they could rest peacefully. For they have suffered enough. They deserve to have this love between them, an understanding that their pasts do not define them. A smile spreads across their features as they think about just how gorgeous Victor will be standing beneath the lights strung in the gazebo. Set against the darkness of the bayou’s behind them, the crickets singing in the distance as they tell each other their vows in earnest. 

“I love you,” they say, breaking the silence and Victor glances up with a grin. They’ll always adore that grin, the way his brown eyes scrunch at the edges. “I love you too.” 

Charlie reaches across the open space to where Victor is sitting and he sets his sketchbook down for a moment, taking their hand. For a moment they hold onto him loosely before tugging him to stand with them. As they pull Victor closer they bow their head into his shoulder -- a place they’ve settled so many times before-- their white hair spilling over his dark, freckled skin. And they press a kiss there, careful to avoid the scarring from his untimely demise. Always aware of the pain he carries there, just as he’s aware of their own. Another admittance of love. A silent promise that their lives can be better --even now, as creatures of the night. They let that touch linger before raising back up to press their forehead against his, gathering Victor into their arms so they can slow dance to nothing but their own rhythm. Dancing after death.
