I wish that I had the same energy for analysis that I did this time last year. Last year I was pumping out analysis of anime characters and their motifs like it was nothing. Talking about toxic masculinity in Akira and knowing what the hell I was talking about! Now I check my notes app to see if I have anything on Succession that I could expand upon and I find “S4 prediction: Greg replacement Kendall. Prison. Cars. Etc.” What is that? I can’t even say whether or not I agree or disagree with that because I have no clue what I meant.
