I love both BSD and Haikyuu so
Hc ukai saw takeda reading English poems sometimes french in his free time.
“ I mostly just read Chūya Nakahara's poem, not much, ” he said sheepishly. “ I can pronounce and understand a bit if I had a dictionary by my side,”
In Takeda's university there's a mini course that they were not obligated to join and that is language class. Takeda is more than eager to join since literature is more than just pen and paper; it is thoughts and heart of a person that desires something to be conveyed that it become revolutionary.
That's what he said to Ukai, and realizes he's rambling again and now embarrassed.
“ So like.. do you like hats? ” was what Ukai asked.
“ ..What? ”
“ Chūya? He wears hat, right? So.. do you like hats? ”
He bit his lips to suppress a laughter. “ I.. do collect some berets at home, but nothing close to Nakahara Chūya's hat. I'd like to think that that's his style. I don't think I could pull it off. ” he chuckled. “ even a waistcoat looks too much on me, ”
“ I think you'd pull it off. ”
In earnest he smiled, chuckled at Ukai's idea. His palm warms the book on his lap: Anne of Green Gables by Lucy M. Montgomery. It's true sometimes he was immersed in a book about foreign country and imagined himself in their attire. The gowns and coat and.. hats; just like Anne.
“ Maybe I'd buy it some day. A hat. ”
Ukai smirked, “ Guess I could make you do something too huh? ”
“ Oh please, ” he rolled his eyes then smiled; at Anne; the petite girl in a hat. “ I'm just indulging you, ”
