While her in-game specialisation is champion, I don't think she actually commits to any particular fighting style and instead makes arrangements to have several trainers at Skyhold to help her hone her skills (halberd + archery)!

One of her favourite hobbies while traveling with the Inquisition is woodcarving! She likes to carve little statuettes and send them back to Josephine via Inquisition ravens.
