i feel like this says enough about me

So I've been binging Awkward for the last 2 weeks and let me tell you something, ITS SOOO WHITE TRASH ,and I miss it badly, I don't know what's wrong with me (maybe it has to do the fact I had my Jenna moments) but it was not bad TV ♥️

So I binged 'Awkward'...

... Over the course of three weeks and I loved it! It had the right amount of drama and I am, in fact, Tamara Judith Kaplan, brillz (Jillian Rose Reed is also really cool to follow on Insta)

Also Beau Mirchoff has my heart, Matty was a very well-written character and I found out that he also directed one of the episodes in season 5, so cool

Jake and Lissa were great additions to the lead cast, I love them too - those character developments were soooo gooooooood (also nice redemption arch for Sadie)

Still, just like Jenna, the series kind of derailed - Why is everything so hard and why was Jenna so mean to Matty and overthinking people's behaviour always in a bad way? Why can't people see the good in people?

The first three seasons were v nice, but season four and five were all over the place, not sure what happened there

Final note, I know I am late with this kind of review since the show aired between 2011-2016 and it's now 2021 (ew)
