Separate seeds from jackfruit flesh; soak the seeds and ground them. Fry onion, garlic, ginger and chilies in ghee until transluscent. Ground spices and add them, then add tamarind paste. Finally add jackfruit pieces and coconut milk; simmer until sauce is thick and flavourful. Fry chopped okra in a tiny amount of oil with garlic until slightly brown. Serve on basmati rice.
