I’m using Procreate on an iPad Pro these days. It’s just easier to lug around and use.
Sweet. Thanks!

Whoo, congrats, that's awesome! o/ And yay for kitty and snake!
Thank! And hurrgg I'm so worried about my poor arthritic cat settling into Vancouver in the wintertime, but I don't have much else in the way of options. Parents say she's been happier since I got back, so hopefully it'll be worth it for her to stick with me :<

Vancouver is a lovely city! And they have a really nice aquarium. And lots of excellent Japanese food places. :D
It IS, it kind of reminds me of SF if SF were clean XD (I went there last winter cuz we got into a film festival, chirart showed me around, it was great!) And I AM TOTALLY IN for continuing to live someplace with easily/quickly accessible Asian food, I don't know if I could repeat my carless-in-Atlanta situation for so long again ;_;
And everyone who had congrats and well wishes for the job, thanks so much and I <3 you! :D
tammalee replied to your photoset:I made it to Germany.
Wooo!!! =D
I do not wish this sort of travel hell on even my worst enemy.
To sum up:
Original route: RDU-JFK-FRA, arrival ca 10:30 am. It snowed in New York, so my original 1 pm flight was canceled and I was rebooked to 4 pm, which was subsequently canceled.
New route: RDU-ATL-CDG (Paris)-FRA, arrival ca 11:30 am. My flight to Atlanta landed 5 minutes late. I was in the back of the plane. I sprinted from terminal C to F (on the train thing, and jogging when in the terminal). When I arrived at F1, at 6:13 for a 6:15 flight, they had closed the door. Apparently they don't believe in holding a flight, even if there are 5 people trying to make the connection from Raleigh.
Actual route: RDU-ATL-AMS-FRA, arrival 1:25 pm. Yep, I flew through Amsterdam. They have free wifi there, so I was able to tweet that I'd made it to Europe (at long last). Then in Frankfurt I got to wait an hour for the next train to Mannheim and use the free wifi in Starbucks.
I felt so disgustingly dirty when I got here.
Saw one of your tags and YES Candy IS the best magazine out there! <3
