I’ve only been around a little while, but I’m quickly learning that the best players aren’t as concerned with deactivating enemy tanks as they are with taking on lopsided battles and going down in a blaze of glory. Recognition and respect are earned by facing raiding parties by yourself and making them earn their deactivation shot by shot. That being said, here are some of the players who have been showing me how it’s done so far:
Twisted Metal II- Raiding this guy guarantees you a long battle, and even then your odds of deactivating him are slim to none.
Limited Edition- The fact that this tank had a Gold Tank (500+ kills), and a Battered Sword (200+ hours played) before getting the Combat Honor Medal (for being deactivated 25 times) tells you how hard it is to take him down.
QualityQuandries- Pretty sure this raid took 20 minutes. As far as raiding is concerned, that’s a seriously long time. To put it in perspective, he tagged me back the next day in less than 5 minutes with a raiding party of his own.
The Space Spice team has some players that can take raids all day long. gravitational garlic had us running all over the map. These guys call raids on themselves more than most and will be fun to learn from as I go forward.
