Tell me a little about Tantun ancestor please! What they did, what their dreams where, where and how did they grow up?

i actually have put almost no thought into her except

she’s probably east alternian seeing as tantun is

she has the same eye mutation though whether or not she’s completely blind from it is anyones guess

she’s vaguely based off of mirrors edge and worked as a courier of sorts, primarily for rebels

Hair for samiya tantun aindra posein and bhisaj

AINDRA

very thick, coarse, ass-length, and pin-straight but somehow prone to messiness. she will always wake up with 1000 tangles tbh. likes to wear it up in a bun on hot days to prevent overheating. it’s pretty stubborn, so most styling wears off halfway through the day. grows slowly.

TANTUN

while her actual hair texture is pretty wispy, she’s got a LOT of it (ankle-length), which makes it hell and a half to wash and maintain, especially considering that outside of her braids it’s pretty wavy. she almost never wears it down, because she can and will hide in it and lose things in it. it behaves once its in braids, though. grows extremely quickly when cut, but never goes past a certain length.

POSEIN

medium-texture and naturally fluffy/wavy. she prefers it short for practicality purposes but likes long hair as an aesthetic, so she rarely cuts the pieces in the front but trims the back and her bangs whenever they get in the way. she’s a bit sloppy with scissors, however, so it’s not the most even haircut. it grows pretty slowly, however. her colour is a bit lighter than standard troll-black due to sun and sea exposure.

BHISAJ

straight, just past hip-length. thin but coarse, lacks body despite the length, and perpetually messy but otherwise manageable. he literally hasn’t had a haircut in sweeps, so he’s probably made of split ends, but he’ll trim his bangs to keep them out of the way (he always keeps them long enough to cover his cheek, however). grows at a moderate to quick rate.

SAMIYA

knee-length and VERY fluffy/wavy. wispy texture but very thick, like a fluffy cat. she has a pathological fear of haircuts and will only allow slight trims from her moirail to keep it neat. prone to overheating in the hot months. it does what it wants and takes a good deal of coaxing to put it into a braid, so she often just wears it down. slightly faded from sun exposure with a single grey streak kept tucked behind her ear at all times. it grows at a moderate rate

Who out of your trolls likes being carried? And who do they favor being carried by?

ayatti loves being carried. shes not picky, though thus far zer is her favourite steed

aindra would enjoy it if she had someone to do it

dusita adores it. she doesnt have a favourite yet

tantun likes it. usually sztuka

agneya likes it. dagians her favourite

do any of your trolls have fears of being separated from their quadrants by being taken off to the fleet or some other possible means?

a few, yeah.

ayatti is a little scared of dying on the job, since her job is super dangerous even with her little, uh, arrangement. she never minded the thought before, but the idea of leaving zer behind after getting him attached stings to her.

tantun doesn’t mention it, but shes admittedly afraid of being culled for her eye mutation or snatched up for her psionics.

reelas is extremely scared that someday kellen’s gonna come after him or he’s going to get snatched up and sold off again.

agneya is admittedly a little afraid of slavers, too, since legally speaking she only got out of being a slave out of sheer luck.

devata keeps her psionics a secret because she’s afraid of being regarded as lime (even though she’s olive) or sold into the slave trade for it (since they can be applied practically).

rjikah doesn’t really have many people besides his black interest but hes always been a little afraid of ending up in the caverns.

bhisaj is absolutely terrified of either getting dragged back to the caverns and leaving lyn and ian behind or, worse, midias finding him again. its actually why hes never removed his brand.

attrum is afraid of being culled for his mutation or snatched back into the carnival.

dessha is afraid of being forced into fighting for the throne or culled altogether.
