hellooo i’m opening up commissions because of my awful job. since i’m in college during the week, i only work on the weekends which leads to me getting paid an amount that isn't sustainable for a single week. my hours are also being cut and changed constantly. i’ve been trying to find a new job for a while now
here are some examples of my art:
prices: sketch:$15 color:$20 fully rendered:$20 textured background: $5 extra
no ocs or complex people designs because i'm a lot quicker when it comes to drawing animals or simple already existing characters
i also want to see if there’s enough interest for icons. if so, then i’ll open slots for these too. it'll be five dollars. i use photoshop cs2 and image ready to make these

Digital collage/drawing piece I did for my pal @de-detritus
I had the idea to theme this around Panda Bear/ Animal Collective, but I also added some other things along the way. This was fun to do, and I really like how it turned out nwn

"Collecting memorabilia is obtaining physical objects that tie to memories. Not only is it a professional act of curating vintage pieces, but it’s also a hobby that anyone can partake in, no matter what the item is. The item doesn’t need to be a highly sought-after “grail”, but it can be something as plain as a postage stamp. I believe that the love one gives to a certain object, whether it brings the collectors a fond memory or not, helps with one’s mental health. Changes in a person’s life may affect the items collected, but now they can look back and see what brought them joy. With new memories come new collectables. We as humans have this unique ability to love inanimate objects and give them meaning. It’s strange yet interesting to see what we like throughout time, and no human is the same when it comes to it. I hope that in my life, I continue collecting knick-knacks, trinkets, plushies, and other fun goodies along the way. For someone my age, it may look foolish to have a whole room filled with childlike memorabilia, but in a world where everything seems to be going downhill, there is no harm in looking back at a past where everything felt whimsical and fun."
(my quote from an essay i wrote, "Memories in Collections.")
