"Alfendi?" He knocked on the door even when he noticed it was cracked, not fully closed. He pushed it open and peeked inside, looking for the boy.
“Don’t worry, we’ll find the killer!”
[Alfendi had a set up, with dolls he’d taken from Lily’s room, and other toy’s he’d found. A doll laid on the ground with ketchup on it’s neck, and yellow string was put up around the room as caution tape.One doll was cast to the corner of the room with a butter knife, “hiding” after committing the crime. Yet more dolls were given fake police badges made of paper, and were positioned around the crime scene.]
[Alfendi turned to look at the man coming into the room.]
“We have a crime scene set up, please don’t taint the evidence!”

The concern in his voice was obvious, and despite his usual calm demeanor, he seemed to be concerned for the other, eyes looking at him, nearly pleading that he be told the truth. He let out a sigh, and shook his head. A small smile growing on his face in an attempt to calm himself down, he held out a hand as he began to talk, talking with his hand as well as with his words.

[♦] So many people had been suddenly entering Stansbury recently, he hardly knew how to handle it. There he was, left right and center, trying to help everyone he could that happened to be lost or in need of some sort of assistance. He was nervous, fidgeting with his tie. The man looked... intimidating, to say the least. But a true gentleman must always stand up in the face of anxiety, right?
