strangers are buying me stuff?

so wednesday afternoon i came downstairs to get some food & noticed that my MIL had brought in a package. after taking a look at it, i noticed it was a target package for me- yet i hadn’t remembered ordering anything? so i figured, “oh. well someone must’ve gotten me something off of my registry?” so i go online & check and SURE ENOUGH- a crib liner, a carseat cover & some baby lotion had been purchased off of my list. YAY, right?! but upon opening the box and reading the attached order/package info, i realized there must have been some mistake. the message attached from the sender (whose name i DID NOT recognize) said “congrats saisha! you are going to be an amazing mother! bailey is so lucky!” so somehow, some way, someone had found my registry thinking it were someone else’s?

i then took it upon myself to search the sender’s name on FB, along with the location, and found nothing, then i tried searching the woman’s name mentioned in the congrats, nothing. i tried googling what to do & all i could find was how to return the gifts thru target. so at this point i was at a stand still. do i keep the items because someone made a genuine mistake or do i return them despite not being able to inform either parties that they had mistakenly used mine????

finally- i called target’s customer service line & carefully explained the situation. they told me they appreciated my honesty but that there was really nothing i could do & to keep the items because it wasn’t my mistake/fault!!! they said that when the original buyer eventually calls, they’ll handle it from there! i thought that it was so peculiar and what a strange thing to happen but oh well, because in the end everything worked out. COOL, FREE BABY CRAP, RIGHT?!

BUT THEN!!!!!!!

tonight after checking my registry, i noticed that 5 more items (a batman bib, como tomo 2 bottle set, package of waterwipes, an elephant/security blanket, & some fox print wash clothes) had been purchased off of my stuff :o i’m somehow almost positive it was also by mistake... so i ended up googling my registry name & it turns out some woman in florida is SOMEHOW using the same target link for her registry.... the only difference is mine is all lowercase “babybailey2017″ and hers isn’t “BabyBailey2017″ >.< 

she’s due about a month after me, so i know for sure that mine was the original link... but what. the. heck. i could understand the mix-up once but how are people managing to do it again?! when you go onto the page itself, at the top it says “taylor’s registry” and even has my due date, location, and a pic of my ultrasound.............

what do you guys think of this????

I know I don't have many followers on here but if anyone is listening....

I am in the process of trying to move out of my parents house. Financially I believe I'll be okay. My friend and I have both been through some mentally abusive shit with our parents. I love my parents but we do not see eye to eye.
