General template flag for [X identities] who's in a lockship with their [Y weapon], or prioritise lockships with [Y weapon]

How to use the template:
Infront of the target, place a symbol of [X] in the middle of the flag, and a symbol of [Y] to the right of [X]. If possible, it should look like [X] symbol is holding the [Y] symbol.
Flag stripes still have the same meanings as the original lockship stripes.
