awe frick. i might(just maybe) be in danger,
no here's the problem. taro knows they're a robot. they know that, as a machine, they basically can't die without all of their circuitry being fully destroyed. they're like YES self preservation important but also i could learn so much and i can always just recover. it does not help that they cannot feel anything, so they can't feel fear; and pain doesn't come across to them the same as it does with human--there's no permanent mental trauma. it simply briefly is, then fades, and is gone. it doesn't linger.
taro thinks all the pokemon villains are ugly as hell with the exception of like. lusamine. she's fine.
