It has been a few days now. He seemed to remember. He..really did.

That at least, was what Taroutachi was hoping. Jirou remembering him and not nodding along out of courtesy and a sense of duty. The Ootachi tested him in small situations .... doing gestures only shared between the two of them before, preparing food in a special way or asking for his favorite sake cup (It was the one they shared the three traditional sake sips at their wedding- of course. Jirou refused to ever let it go).

And the other seemed to pick up on that, knowing everything by heart while having a few issues with some memories.

While Tarou did not want to fall into a self set trap, he found himself fall into that embrace. Really... he just wanted it to be real.

Everytime he locked eyes with those trusting, golden ones of his Jirou, he could see him. The one he knew, even if there was still something else there. Even now, while resting his forehead against the others'.

They had the onsen to themselves, so it felt even more intimate in the crisp night air, just the stars above them and some lanterns lighting their bath. "Aniki, you really don't have to be distant" the smaller one laughed, which led Tarou to close his eyes. He missed that. This laugh, being called aniki, not being able to resist any request made.

"I know. I just missed all of this, all of you. I want to cherish every second." he opened his eyes again only to let his lips meet the others'. They were soft, plump, only the taste of sake missing - it was best to not let Jirou have too much of it from the start, just to be able to tell if something was wrong.

There was desire in this kiss, but different than sexual. It was deeper, a soul calling for it's missing piece, a long awaited reunion. Even if this Jirou wasn't 100% his, Tarou would love him. In every version. A single tear even escaped the ootachis eye, a witness of the deep bond they shared.
