Hold up I have a quick question about the Tarot AU YN If you haven’t answered a question like this

Why does YN have a noose(?) around their neck?

It’s an artifact that’s connected to Viscera. Artifacts are basically objects imbued with a Tarots magic. The noose around their neck is deeply connected to Viscera as he is The Hanged Man. It almost serves as a collar and leash so that he can keep them close :)

Lamb finds comfort in it as they find comfort in Viscera. It just. Feels like he’s there when it’s around their neck. Magic and prayer is less prominent nowadays and is harder for him to hear. When the noose is around his lambs neck though if they need him their voice becomes crystal clear.

The ropes use isn’t just benevolent though. If needed it can act as a snare that chokes it’s victims (its the only artifact that can make tarot, beings who don’t need to breathe, feel like they’re being choked).

…It’s an uncomfortable artifact for most Tarot to be around as I’m sure you can imagine.
