Hello!, I just wanted to say that I absolutely adore your Good Omens works! Every one of them is amazing! I had an idea that I thought you'd like to entertain: What if, Crowley, Death, Adam, and Warlock, had to be switched with the other universes characters? Aziraphale would meet the infamous Crawly, and the Them would need to deal with non-antichrist Adam. The horsemen with squeamish death, and the Dowlings with antichrist Warlock. Stay safe, hope this message finds you well. :)

Ohhh, yes, I love this! I actually kinda have the bare bones of a fic idea with Crawly and Aziraphale meeting, but ah, so many WIPs, so little time...

The Them would probably be really confused if we go full swap, because either the boy they know as Adam would suddenly be weirdly arrogant, not recognise them, and >shudder< speak with an American accent (the poor child), or Warlock would be there, insisting his name is Adam, and they are his friends, though behaving very oddly. Perhaps they'd go on an adventure to find out why "Adam" can suddenly shapeshift!

As for if just their powers switch, RIP the Dowlings...

The Horsepeople wouldn't know what to do with Death being not as death-y as usual AT ALL. They don't even really know after the "canon" of Upside-Down, I had planned a scene early on of him kind of hugging them that I eventually scrapped in favour of the reunion with MORTIS, but... yeah... they'd be very confused, and gently try to expose him to horrifying things to help him get back into his job. "Yes, it's an oil-covered seal, Lord. Yes, it's very sad, we know. But isn't it also a little beautiful...? No.......? >sigh< alright. Let's try something else."

Aziraphale would NOT have any of Crawly's posturing nonsense, and probably see right through his evil act. Then he'd make him have a bath, cook him a good meal, and by the time dessert comes around Crawly would be crying and refusing to go back home again. Poor thing.

Anyways, thank you so much for this lovely ask, it was very fun to answer - and sorry for taking so long with it I'm still, uh, kinda terrible at keeping up with Tumblr. But I hope this response finds you well also! (Months... later.... >guilt<)
