Oh wow I didn't even notice that. How can they each have different sponsors?
Sponsors are a personal choice. It’s basically whoever is willing to sign you to their brand and offer money for training as long as your wear their gear. Someone like Michael Phelps is basically his own sponsor (his cap is MP brand) because he owns his own swimming equipment company after earning a great deal of money since 2000. It’s really not that different from the music industry where you’re on a label. Interestingly, because one of USOC’s official sponsor is Nike, their sponsors all have to have an agreement with NIke so they can wear Nike on the medal stands, like when music artists get courtesy of their label to be featured in a song with an artist on a different label. It’s all really complex.

Hmmm with BSB probably Nick only because people loved the young blond ones. As for Spice Girls I think they were the only one without a "lead singer."

yeah periscope totally trips me out. and yes, i just used a term from the 90s. sue me.
It is sooo strange. I’ve only seen a few things live so far, I just recently downloaded it, but I feel so weird when watching. I don’t know why. Trippy is a good word to describe it. I’ve been feeling very 90s/2000s these past couple days, so bring on the 90s terms!
