In her universe the twins grew up the same for most of their childhood, though Josie never denied her crush on Hope nor did she try to burn the note she placed under Hope’s door. As a result she never met or fell for Penelope, the Merge remained a secret from the twins until the last second; Caroline and Alaric were hoping to find a loophole but they never did. Due to this Josie ended up killing her sister and in turn killed all the parts of herself that were good. The Gemini coven may have had a new Leader but Josie Saltzman was a broken mess, she’d lost her parents the second the Merge was over and everyone else just faded away with time.
How the choice changed your muses life:
Due to the isolation and abandonment, the years took their toll and the Siphoner found it easier to be void of caring. So she made herself turn; being a Heretic seemed like the only way she could turn off all of the guilt, the pain, the issues and when she did she never looked back.
She was just another result of what the Gemini coven did to people.
Whats your au!muse up to nowadays:
For the most part she’s been as far away from Mystic Falls as possible, if anything it seemed more fun to distance herself from the place that had once been an anchor for her emotions and instead shack up elsewhere. Always on the move..just so she can cause a little CHAOS.

you're a large presence and ever growing. you're a student at heart. you seek knowledge everywhere you go. the graph of your life is constantly moving upward. you might be super lucky or just be blessed with good fortune, in one way or another. you also act as a healer in some way. you're optimistic, prosperous, and understanding.
About me:
Big family, big heart, big... imagination.
I live on my family ranch just outside of Hoostin, so I can bring the animals if you bring the dance moves. Not sure what I'm looking for, but I'm sure I'll know it when I see it. A bit of a foodie, but nothing beats Ma's cooking, so...
Strong cuddle game, stronger adventuring game. D10 is big, so I'm looking for someone to explore it all with.

1. Who does your muse consider their best friend? What’s the story?
Aside from his husband, Johnny’s best friend is Samantha Wilder. They met when she began working as a paralegal at the D.A.’s office in 2017. Almost instantly, Sam, being the extrovert she is, just sort of claimed him. She was also the person who supported Johnny most through his brief separation from Gabriel.
2. Who does your muse consider their worst enemy? What’s the story?
Johnny doesn’t consider himself a person with enemies, per se. He will always hate Nancy, Gabriel’s psychotic ex wife, but doesn’t really think about her unless the topic arises. He knows there are politicians out there who despise him, but they aren’t on his radar unless they are on opposite sides of a bill or running against each other in an election.
3. What was the best time in your muse’s life?
I think Johnny would argue that he’s living his best life right now. His heart is so incredibly full of his family, and he feels balanced for what might be the first time ever. After overcoming the growing pains of moving back to New York after Gabriel was exonerated from his prison sentence, their first few years together were incredibly blissful and fun.
4. What was the worst time in your muse’s life?
Without a doubt, the separation from his husband, particularly during 2018. Johnny suffered with depression and alcoholism.
5. What were/are your muse’s parents like?
Virginia is a retired attorney who has a reputation for being ruthless, proper, and quick-witted. Geoff, who passed in 2020, was a quiet and hardworking Wall Street analyst. They are both driven, highly achieving, and intelligent people. Though they have always been a quite wealthy couple and they provided Johnny with all the material things he could’ve ever needed, they never really wanted a child, and never seemed to know how to show that they loved him the way parents should.
6. What motivates your muse the most?
Johnny works well under pressure, for sure. He proved this in law school and demonstrates it in his work daily. However, nothing could motivate him more than his family. They will always be the reason for the decisions he makes from this point forward.
7. Since you started writing your muse, in what ways have they grown?
I started writing Johnny as he was trying to recover from his separation from Gabriel. Though he was recently sober and had worked through the bulk of his depression by that point, he was still trying to get his life back together and making some questionable decisions to fill the void he felt. It’s so fulfilling to be able to write him at his full potential now: loving, growing into his ability to be a father (which he didn’t think was possible), letting go of some of his workaholic tendencies, etc.
8. How would you like your muse to grow in the future?
Johnny would like to feel more confident in being a father/grandfather. He still doesn’t see the accomplishments he’s made with that as much as everyone else does. I, personally, would like him to experience more of life outside of work and let loose a little bit, and I think he’s warming up to that idea, too.
9. Is there anything you want to do with your muse that you haven’t yet?
Yes, I do have a rather traumatic and dark plot line in the works that I haven’t had the opportunity to include yet. I’m excited to be able to play it out at some point – but shhh, it’s a secret. :)
10. What or who is your muse’s weakness?
Johnny finds that he’s not always himself in front of his mother, so that could be considered a weakness. He also knows, in his heart of hearts, that he would do anything for Gabriel. This could be dangerous in the hands of the wrong person, but Johnny knows Gabriel is trustworthy and that his husband wouldn’t want him to do anything that wouldn’t be good for him in some way. Some might say this is unhealthy, but I believe it is more a demonstration of their profound bond.
11. What or who is your muse’s greatest strength?
His family is his greatest strength. Johnny feels that he’s able to do anything he sets his mind to if it’s for his family. Personality trait wise, I think Johnny’s greatest strength is how resolute and determined he is.
12. Would your muse fit into a crossover you haven’t tried yet? Which one?
I’d love to put Johnny into other verses at some point for AUs (e.g., The Walking Dead, How to Get Away with Murder). I think I could figure out how to fit him into any verse that I really wanted to write him in. That’s one of the biggest joys of roleplaying to me: seeing my own character in different, even pre-established arenas.
13. Does your muse think they are morally right in how they live their life? As the author, do you think your muse is morally right?
I think Johnny used to struggle with this where his sexuality was concerned, but that may have been more a result of the culture he lived in. At present, he knows he has done some less-than-pure things and taken actions out of anger or malice, so he doesn’t feel like a completely virtuous person, but recognizes that he has mostly always tried to do right. As the author, I know he is generally more upstanding, principled, and well-intentioned than the average person, but he’s not conceited or objective enough to think that about himself.
14. Does your muse focus more on the present, the past, or the future? How so and/or why?
I think the nature of Johnny’s job has trained his brain to stay in the present most of the time. He occasionally deals with anxiety, and during those moments he is usually worrying/stressing about the future. He mostly only focuses on the past to recall the happy moments/memories.
15. Are you proud of your muse? Why?
I am SO freakin’ proud of Johnny. I think he’s overcome so damn much and still appreciates himself and continues forward. While he might seem like a rather ‘normal’ person in a real life verse, I see his internal strength, tenderness, and intelligence, as well as his true intentions and all the ways he is blossoming. So yeah, I really admire him. And I kinda just wanna hug him real tight, y’know?
Task 009. Home.
Agatha’s sense of interior style can be best described as old Hollywood burnout and the neo-Victorian wave of interior design that disgraced homes in the early to mid-1990s. However, she lives contentedly in what she calls luxury with her gin and tuxedo cat, Mittens.
