Greg is dressed up as a male counterpart of La Calavera Catrina, which includes makeup resembling a skull (calavera makeup) and a formal suit. Calavera makeup is characterized by a white base and black eyes and nose, to represent hollow areas in the skull, a stitched smile to represent a skull'a teeth, and it's decorated with floral and other motifs in bright, vibrant colours.
