Taskmaster Rewatch: Series 3

Review of series : 1 & 2

We have our first little Alex Horne but it's still not a staple. The art department's budget is still small given that the house theme is still pretty subtle and there's no caravan still. I knew the buy Greg a gift had happened multiple times despite peaking with the series 1 tattoo but I didn't realize it continued past 2. The prize tasks have started to get a little funky and whimsical which is nice!

In contrast to season 2 I was surprised at how much I actually remembered once I started watching. Al Murphy spending a lot of money is of course very memorable but in my head it was more spent bribing Alex when I think most of it was actually spent on cab fairs, still crazy though. Underreported is Rob Beckett claiming insanity due to baby fatigue and Dave Gorman's blatant cheating and denial of it even when comforted with footage.

Again the lack of episodes is kind of a disservice to the cast dynamic but I am a pretty big fan of Sarah Pasco so I do think that helps lift my enjoyment of the whole cast. They are also somehow both aggressive and positive towards each other. Here's how I would sort them as defined by this post

Rating 6/10 better than 2 not as good as 1, but am worried I didn't pick the best scale cause there is no such thing as bad Taskmaster season so there isn't a lot of wiggle room. Also I really rate on vibes only so that's not consistent.
