TASTE OF TASMANIA: Photo one - Lemongrass beef rice paper roll. Photo two - chicken and chorizo paella. Photo three - Taiwanese Beef steamed bun. Photo four - strawberry and Nutella pancake. We are so fortunate to have this amazing annual festival right on the waterfront. The variety was great at this year’s Taste. Plenty of unusual dishes to try and a great variety of interesting drinks. We sampled the milk chocolate stout. The paella was amazing and so full of flavour. Loved the steam bun and rice paper roll. Chocolate and strawberries in a pancake - well you just can’t beat those traditional flavours.
