Sansotei Ramen's miso black: spicy kakuni, shiitake, egg, garlic oil. The only bad thing I would say would be is the broth very salty, but overall pretty good.

Momofuku Noodle Bar. I think this ramen was really westernized. This chicken ramen did not have that salty broth or creamy taste I was use too. The chicken did have a nice crispy skin to it.
