These crunchy ravioli that have been baked are a great snack or appetizer. The outside is crispy, and the inside is full of tasty things. They're great for dipping in marinara sauce.
Ingredients: 1 package of refrigerated ravioli. 1 cup breadcrumbs. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 2 eggs, beaten. Marinara sauce for dipping.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 400F 200C. Cook ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and let cool slightly. In a shallow dish, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Dip each ravioli into beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere. Place coated ravioli on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Serve hot with marinara sauce for dipping.
