The Voodoo Roll More is a decadent sushi roll featuring a delightful combination of fresh fish, creamy avocado, and crunchy cucumber, topped with spicy mayo and eel sauce. It's a flavorful and satisfying option for sushi lovers.
Ingredients: 2 cups sushi rice, cooked. 4 nori seaweed sheets. 1 avocado, sliced. 1/2 cucumber, julienned. 1/2 lb sushi-grade tuna, thinly sliced. 1/2 lb sushi-grade salmon, thinly sliced. 1/4 cup spicy mayo. 1/4 cup eel sauce. Sesame seeds, for garnish.
Instructions: Put down a clean bamboo sushi mat and then a nori sheet on top of it. Cover the nori with a thin layer of sushi rice, leaving a small edge at the top. On top of the rice, put slices of avocado, cucumber, tuna, and salmon. Add eel sauce and spicy mayo on top. Use the bamboo mat to roll the sushi up tightly. Cut the roll into eight equal pieces. Add sesame seeds as a garnish. Do it again with the rest of the ingredients. Put it on the plate with pickled ginger and soy sauce.
