This Tater Tot Chicken Pot Pie is a comforting take on the classic pot pie. It has soft chicken, creamy sauce, mixed vegetables, and crispy tater tots on top.
Ingredients: 1 lb cooked chicken, diced. 1 can cream of chicken soup. 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1 cup sour cream. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon onion powder. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 2 cups frozen tater tots.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 375F 190C. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, mixed vegetables, cheddar cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix until well combined. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish. Arrange frozen tater tots on top of the mixture in a single layer. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy. Serve hot and enjoy!
