I’ve had other recipes for this, but hers has so much more flavor than any other I’ve made before. I love that it doesn’t use those Cream of Whatever soups, either. We use tater rounds because they’re more crispy, but you could totally be traditional and use Tater tots too! Beefy, salty, and potato-y with pops of sweet corn 🤤. It’s just perfect.
