Tat’s emmy just hit me.

I wasn’t really paying too much attention because I’ve drifted away from the fandom, but now she’s won, and all I can remember is staying up all night, with a bunch of people with identical icons, and being just one of a few, in a sea of numbers, tatianamaslany98. I remember that being the night that I was tossed headfirst into the deep end of the fandom that I had been casually floating in for months, only dipping my head underwater every so often.

I remember the late nights and the friends and the community and the love and the ridiculous edits and ships and peacefulness and I miss it.

Tatiana Maslany won an Emmy.
