Supernatural stories that star animals isn’t a genre that has been well explored, I myself can only think of a few examples, (The Secret of Nimh, The Beasts of Burden). So I decided to do something about that!
The Absent Wild: Remnants is a comic that follows two pet dogs who want to find the truth behind a string of dead deer that have been showing up on their doorstep. It’s the first part of a series of supernatural/horror tales that come straight from the horse’s mouth.
