Golden Strategos Six and Taxiarch Five

I remembered how much I enjoyed making the previous gold edit's, so I figured it was about time I gave the followers a go!

You know, knowing how much of a pain in the ass it is to hire and train engineers (not my experience but a relative’s), I can imagine that whoever Veevra Avvrice is, they probably have a hell of a bone to pick with Six after Taxiarch Five’s promotion. Imagine, for a moment, Strategos Six getting a call in the middle of confronting Ava, and them just getting utterly screamed at by a very annoyed engineer.

“What the FUCK were you thinking, Six?!”

“What, I thought you said you had a pile of resumes sitting in your desk somewhere. Besides, she lived, didn’t she?”

“She’s been hiding under the workstation, sobbing, every time we bring out the laser saws. Every time we mention testing new equipment she locks herself in the utility closet for an hour. Poor Fina’s an absolute wreck! Do you have any idea how long it’s going to take to get her back in full working order?!”

“Then just get a new one, it’s not a big deal.”

“JuSt GeT a NeW oNe- excuse me for caring about the quality of my work! It takes years for a brand new engineer to get the kind of clearances needed to work on upper level weapons, and we’re already short-staffed because someone wanted us to dick around with explosive materials and got half my followers’ hands blown off!”

“That’s not my fault-”

“No, it’s that magical lava girl you keep talking about. Yeah, I get it, you need the weapons, but... fuck, would it have killed you to test the damn thing on a training dummy like a normal person?! Fuck. Next time I’m sending a fucking drone. You’ve lost your personal delivery privileges, you absolute git. And tell Miss Taxiarch Five to stay away from the engineering wing. Fina’s partners have taken to carrying around tasers.”
