I think it might be Taylor Ball. Anybody remember him from "Eddie's Million Dollar Cook-Off" on Disney Channel? Lol I had my suspicions ever since I saw them walk the red carpet together, at Carmen Electra's Aerobic Striptease DVD Launch Party back in 2003. I just thought they looked very "coupley" and close, especially that photo of him kissing her on the side of her head. Plus, she had just turned 19 a few months prior to that event, so. It all matches up but who knows. Lol

Omg I forgot about him! Lol. She also guest starred on his show Still Standing.

There’s this moment of Still Standing that I remember every once in awhile because it struck me as so funny but for the life of me I don’t remember the plot/episode/season.

It had to do with Mark and Judy’s son Brian...I think it involving him wanting to go out with a girl or something. It had the angel and devil on the shoulder troupe where he was deciding about the morals of something, and girl asks him if he wants to go out for ice cream and the devil side blurts out “get the ice cream!” When Brian turns to the angel its all, “This isn’t a moral decision, just get the ice cream.”

It’s been bothering me for years what episode that's from, so if someone could tell me I’d be very grateful.

DCOMS were seriously killing it before I even realized it. When I was kid I thought it was all just good fun and watching them now, I realize they had some serious deep shit going for them with such great messages. It's honestly amazing. Watching Eddie's Million Dollar Cook Off right now and I'm so emotional. I'm actually crying because the topics this movie covers is so relevant these days. Breaking gender roles and stereotypes. Demonstrating acceptance. Following your dreams and doing what you love despite what is considered 'the norm'. And overally just examining how sexism is still a predominant thing in our society. Fuck. Eddie was honestly what got me into cooking when I was younger. Something that's turned into such a great hobby and passion of mine. It frustrates me so much how shitty his friends, teammates, brothers AND FATHER were towards him because he discovered a passion for cooking. If you fucking care for someone and love them why cant you fucking accept them for who they are/ what they love?! If you can't, you're selfish and totally undeserving of that person. All Eddie does is try to please everyone around him and ends up sacrificing himself and his likes to do so. VERY RELEVANT. Everyone was trying so hard to dictate what Eddie was doing that they didnt understand that HE was the only one who truly knew what he wanted. Stop trying to decide for others. Ugh. So glad he decides to do what HE believes is best for him. His dad was such a sexist douchebag with his comments. Whether he realized it or not. Just bc you think something is a joke doesn't automatically make it funny and not offensive. I'm glad they had the scene at the game where hey called him out for that shit. "I'm not a bad runner because I'm a girl, I'm a bad runner because I'm an uncoordinated dork" "Why do I have to be one of the boys. Why can't I just be apart of the team?" Ugh. Eddie's mom was the shit tho. So supportive and always had his best interest at heart. The whole school was fucked up and sexist which was a little unrealistic but it still angered me too. Eddie and this movie taught me taught and encouraged me so much, not even just for cooking but for being comfortable with liking and doing whatever I want despite how everyone else feels about it. And when Hannah came out to her mom about playing ball and she was like "I'm not mad that you play baseball I'm just upset you didn't think I would support you" ugh my heart. Orlando Brown's character was a good ass friend though. Always supporting him after they found out he loved home ec. Ugh THIS MOVIE HAD SO MANY GOOD MOMENTS. I'm crying, I'm legit so happy Eddie got to be himself and do what he loved as if I know him IRL. Like the gender stereotypes/ roles are so fucked up and the characters reinforcing them by calling eddie a girl and saying only girls cooked was so aggravating. The sad part is, despite how accepting our world is, there are more HATEFUL ATTITUDES like that, that still exist. Its so nice when the dad and the team accept him at the end and his dad says "win or lose, i am always on your team" THANK YOU DISNEY THIS MOVIE HAD SO MANY GREAT MOMENTS AND MESSAGES AND QUOTES I LOVE IT I LOVE YOU UGH I LOVE EDDIE. Legit crying. Why can't the world just love regardless of differing opinions and beliefs. My heart hurts for Orlando and just for every other tragic event that sprouted from unnecessary hate and ignorance.
