In Big Sky, we share our mountain town with all sorts of wild animals. Keep your eyes peeled for wild animals in Big Sky because you never know what you might see.
It’s not uncommon to spot a moose on the golf course, see wolf tracks on a hike, hear a coyote howling in the night, spot a bear running along the road in Yellowstone, get stuck in a bison traffic jam in the Park, capture an image of a mountain goat while riding the Lone Peak Tram, or spook a herd of elk on the drive up to the ski hill. We have an abundance of wildlife in Big Sky and it’s really cool!
